About Me
I’m Chelsea, an ex-product marketing professional, turned chalet host, turned chef. After 5 years of office life, I took the leap, trading in my 9-5 for a winter ski season, and it was there my love of cooking and hosting flourished! From catering to guests in a luxury chalet apartment in Val d’Isère for 5 months, to teaching cookery classes and assisting well-known chefs at a heritage cookery school in the heart of London, I strive to make my clients’ and guests’ food memories ones to remember.
SW London based, very happy to travel.
The important stuff: I am food hygiene level 2 and allergen awareness certified, first aid trained and hold a clean UK driving license. I’m London based, but happy to travel.

The Booking Process
-
It all starts with a conversation! Get in touch by email or the contact form and I’ll arrange a free consultation. Bring to this consultation as much detail as possible about your occasion and requirements. I’ll also explain how my fees and payment process works.
-
Depending on the need, I’ll propose a menu/s based on your preferences, tastes and dietary requirements and we can work to refine them together. In the case of a one-off event, I’ll create a function sheet to ensure smooth running and share a detailed quote.
-
Upon my receipt of the deposit, your booking is then confirmed. The remainder of the payment is to be made before the event date. Leave the rest with me, the countdown to your event is on and prep gets underway!
Don’t just take it from me…
“Chelsea is absolutely lovely and super-helpful. Her cooking was amazing considering she was catering to a group with very varied dietary needs (gluten free cakes were hugely appreciated).”
“Chelsea catered for my themed 23rd birthday party, and she made the evening so special. Not only was the food presented beautifully, it was absolutely delicious, seasonal and fitting to theme and brief - guests commented that it was the highlight of the night. Chelsea ensured that my kitchen was left spotless and she made the evening so easy, allowing myself to relax and enjoy time with my guests. ”
“Chelsea looked after us wonderfully from start to finish, regularly going above and beyond with nothing too much trouble, recommending and even booking ski lessons, recommending restaurants/bars, and she had a fantastic rapport with us for the full week, can’t speak highly enough of her demeanour, cooking or cleaning.”
